Project Description
I lead a large and complex procurement process to help WHO find a preferred supplier for an important multi-year technology project. This included undertaking all Business Analysis work and engaging with hundreds of stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation. Out of this came the production of key documentation including a formal Request for Proposal. Work was then undertaken to manage a robust tendering process including recruiting bidders and ensuring strong procurement practices were followed at each stage. Candidates were assessed against specific criteria and we provided professional and industry specific analysis and insights to WHO throughout.
