Project Description
Helped oversee Gloria Jeans expansion across Australia as it took on the large and well-established Starbucks. This included developing a unique and effective franchise model, nationally targeted brand, and strategic marketing campaigns. In 2008 Starbucks shut down all its stores leaving just 2 behind. Despite still being committed to pursuing the Australian market, in 2019 they had only increased to 37 stores whilst Gloria Jeans had over 500. Starbucks has over 27,000 stores globally.
